To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate services upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms or any service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chongqing, China.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our services.
